Waldensian Style Gourmet Sparkling Ciders

A Delicious Southern Tradition!

From the Foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina comes the "champagne" of gourmet, sparkling ciders. Four unique ciders offer a variety of tastes to suit the most discriminating palate. These four non-alcoholic ciders are delicious by themselves, or may be blended with other beverages for even more unique tastes. We've even made some traditional southern recipes available so that you can experience what a versitile taste treat our ciders really are!

Sparkling Scuppernong Ciders

Sparkling Scuppernong Clear Cider - This cider is a delicious southern tradition bubbling fresh from America's oldest grape. Blended from muscadine and scuppernong grapes and apples grown in the rich soils of North Carolina and other southern states, this cider is a refreshing taste sensation.

Sparkling Scuppernong Blush Cider - By adding just a touch of Rougeon grapes to our Clear Scuppernong Cider, we've created our Scuppernong Blush Cider with a rich distinctive color and flavor.

Sparkling Apple Ciders

Sparkling Apple Cider - This cider is a traditional favorite blend of both Red Delicious and Winesap apples grown throughout the Appalachian mountains including western North Carolina.

Sparkling Mulled Apple Cider - We've taken our Sparkling Apple Cider one step further by adding cinnamon and cloves to bring you the unique flavor of our Mulled Cider. Served warm, this is a great winter treat!

[NC Dept. of Agriculture]Warm days, followed by cool nights in the mountains of North Carolina yield juicy, flavorful apples perfect for making our sparkling apple ciders and blending into our scuppernong ciders. Our ciders are approved by the North Carolina Department of Agriculture and once you've tasted them we think you'll agree that "Goodness Grows in North Carolina"!
